In fact, from now on, you will be able to use our eDreams ODIGEO Connect Support Area directly from the Extranet. You only need to login and click on “Contact us” in the left hand menu (just look for the phone icon!).
You can use the eDreams ODIGEO Connect Support Area for requesting assistance about any topic related to your property profile.
Here’s a few examples:
- Request support about a specific reservation coming from eOC (have your booking code ready)
- Get assistance with your content (upload pictures, update calendar, load promotions, etc.)
- Obtain help if you’ve changed Channel Manager and you need us to switch it
- Request useful commercial advice from our market experts in-house
- Get help with creating or updating your room types and rate plans
Creating a request is faster than writing an email. It’s also very easy as we guide you through the process with a structured form. Remember to add as much information as possible so that we can quickly prioritise and solve your request.
